are you having any certain thoughts that are possibly triggering it
can you explain further?

Possibly because i didn't see the girl i like today who likes me back and we are eventually gonna date. And the fact I don't like her friends at all but that doesn't bother me. And i really want to be with her right now.

Also the fact that I don't know what she does since she hangs with alot of guys and they all dislike me because I was "wierd" and shy whey i first met them on a bike trail when i was with her.

I see her in school every day. Its just annoying. She did call me to hang while i was at baseball practice but didn't pick up her fone. Also jealousy is a bitch because she always is with her ex so im curious.

no one feels up her ass that i know about. I'd knock them out. I'm feeling better.

Okay. This might be something too. I always try to talk to her on facebook since shes never on aim and doesn't have texting. So we'll talk for a little like 5 messages each or less and then she'll stop responding but stay online and its annoying since I know she's probably talking to her friends and stuff. But sometimes she does it when i ask a question like if we are going to hang out.

I get depressed for nothing too. Idk what triggers it but it just happens.

Sudden spells of depression is more than common during adolescence.
Teenagers are prone to strong mood swings for no vivid reason.

Although if this occurs more than often then I think you should go and see someone about it.

it might be a mood swing caused by hormones. you should be alright.

it might be a mood swing caused by hormones.

Which is exactly what I have just said.

Always remember something there is always a reason for everything you might not see it but its there.

I agree with the hormone suggestion, and I also would like you to look into bipolar disorder or manic depression (they are very similar if not the same). Sudden spells of happiness then sadness is a very common symptom. But first, I would assume its hormones.

Life is full of mini dissapointments. i understand how you feel - I've had girls talk with me on facebook that I was pursuing a relationship with, and then they try to end the conversation and talk with their friends.... It's pretty rude. But I wouldn't immediately raise the Depression flag quite yet, over a sad spell. Like people have said, it's probably just hormones. Mood swings happen :/

Hahha. Depression happens alot to me. I agree. it is very rude and its just annoying because they rather talk to other guys then me.

Get out of depression mode! It's okay to be sad sometimes and express stuff, but you have to make sure you get out of it. Do things you like have fun. :P
