Can Some one Identify This Pill, Think Ive Been Prescibed The Wronge Meds

Its Yellowish/Brownie type color with MP10 written on 1 side, It was a repeat prescription for Acne/Spots, But Different to the 1s i was prescribe before. I read somewhere it could be Anti Depressants :cool:

If you have any reason to think this is not the right pill, grab the bottle and go back to the pharmacy which filled the prescription. They'll be able to look at it. If they don't know off of the top of their head what the right pill should look like, they can check the other pills they have in the back to be sure. It's possible that the first time they gave you the name brand stuff, but now you've switched to the generic. If that's it, then it's the same medication, it just looks different and is cheaper (which means your insurance would like it better because you'll be getting this same prescription more than once). I would look at the bottle and make sure the label says the right thing, then look for any labels which may say "This is the same medication you have been receiving, color and shape may appear different, yatta yatta", which tells you, of course, that it is the right pill.

Have you taken any? Did you feel any different? Anything you've noticed since reading that it could be an antidepressant can likely be thrown out the window due to the placebo effect. That is, now that you've got it in your head that you could be taken mood-altering drugs, you may feel different because you expect to feel that way. (Don't rely on an internet search by the way, a lot of pills can look similar or have similar markings on them. If it's the wrong pill, the internet can't fix it anyways.)

My mums taking them back at weekend, And I haven't taken any yet just curious as to what it is.. If they where Anti Depressants would i get a buzz..?? And I got the prescription at the pharmacy from a local supermarket which at the time they only had 3packs so she was meant to go back and pick up the other 2 but instead was given a little container which contains 36tabs (I only counted 32) the label is Identical expect its not been signed for where it says "checked by" where as on the others its been signed

if they were antidepressants, you'd likely feel weird. Possibly your mood would feel sort of "off", or your head would feel strange. You'd probably notice some sort of change within a few days or a week, in any case.
