Basically... I originally put my name down for business at uni, but I changed when i went through clearing to Law. And was garanteed a place from the head of department.
Now I've just found out he never changed me to the Law course... So now I'm stuck. And he's fucked off on holiday.

If they don't fix it I'm going to take him to court, but I just want to get on my course =[

When the people go off on holiday, there's almost always someone who is there who is able to do what the person may be able to do. For me, the person for the psych. department who usually is there went off somewhere on vacation for the summer so they then referred me to someone else who has a different title but still is able to do what the other person can.

But since the course is full, I think you're screwed no matter what. Even when he does come back and you try to sort it out, he probably would say for you to hop on the waiting list because if he does somehow manage to put you into the course, then although you'll be happy, he's going to have a whole pile of other students who are pissed off at him for giving you special privileges.

I hope you're sarcastic and joking when you say you want to take him to court.
