The disorders I do have often give me symptoms of a panic attack, in many scenarios. I don't know if I'd say that I suffer from a panic disorder specifically, but that's just the symptoms that stem from other problems.

Your not the only one. I have random panic attacks which has led to agoraphobia in certain areas of my life. I have no idea why I have this. I pretty much can't be left alone for long, because I start to worry I will have an attack. It can really cripple you. A lot of doctors tend to believe that you inherit it from your family.

I don't think I have a panic disorder. I do suffer from arachnaphobia somewhat worse than most people I'm aware of and I often get panic attacks whenever I see a spider or something which resembles a spider. The symptoms I get are increased sweat, rapid heart rate, paralyzation for a very short amount of time, nausea and shakiness. Spiders make me cry and as soon as I see one crawling I literally scream as if I'm being murdered or something :P I don't suspect it's anything too serious for now. A few of the symptoms I listed apply for this bizarre phase I'm going through with visualizing bugs everywhere and feeling them crawling on my skin, or even underneath my skin when they don't actually exist. I'd say I have a nightmare relating to bugs or spiders at least once every 3-4 nights. My psychiatrist claims this could be triggered by stress and anxieties.
