Hey I go to the gym on a daily basis and I always shower after at the gym. I was just wondering if it's normal to look at other guys while they are showering or changing.

Yes it is. You may look to compare, or just because you're a bit curious and want to see it. Just try not to invade others privacy. If they are covering themselves up, don't try to look, because they may be insecure or just don't want people to look. If they are nude, right out in the open, it's OK.
