hey guys, umm well to cut to the chase I am very addicted to porn. I find myself needing porn and sneeking off anywhere to watch it. I really want to stop but it's like a necesity. porn has gotten so bad I need it almost like air. how can I stop being so addicted to porn?

I'd advise that you distract yourself... - get busy with other aspects of your life... you know extra curiculars and the like...

its just hormones and eventually youll get sick of porn cause it all looks the same.also try to imagine scenarios where people you know are like in a porn in your head then you wont need porn:P

Just don't want it. Block it on your pc. Then unblock it when your not addicted.

I had the same problem, my house is usually very empty and i don't have alot to do when im home so i found myself watching porn nearly every day, but i managed to distract myself simply by doing other things

take time away from the pc and anything that could lead to porn, get a hobby, hang out with friends, play games, if you do go on the pc, go on it for what you need then turn it off, i found that leaving the pc on after doing emails or stuff leaded me to watching porn

download a parental blocker and create a random password that even you don't know probably the best idea lol staying busy does not work for me

but wen i thought i was getti adicted i downloaded a security software to block all porn.
and i made my sister type the password so i wouldnt know.
and it worked,
and like 2 months ater i asked her for the password cuz i can control myslf now,.

there are porn blockers that you can get
they're free
and make up a password with a whole bunch of like random numbers & letters
