I take baths of course, but i examine myself to see whats " new " and my testicles are like.. harder? than usual. What does this mean?

It just means that htey are developing. There is nothing to be worried about.

If you mean shriveled up, then they are just colder, they do that to regulate temperature. They hang when they are hot.

But if you mean they are actually harder then bowlheadhere is correct.
