Covering yourself in your inter deepest secrets,
Slowly building a wall around yourself,
Protecting yourself from harm,
Memories play like movies through your mind,
The yelling, the crashing, the hitting, and the tears running down her face.

Held down by burdens no one can see,
Grasped by pain no one can feel,
Screaming words no one understands,
Pounding your fists on the inside of your mind,
Trapped.
