So, every time I get drunk and I smoke cigarettes, right after I have finished it, I dont feel drunk anymore, but why?

Nicotine boosts your metabolism etc, but I never thought it would boost it this much. Or is there another reason why this happens?

I imagine it could be something to do with that the nicotine wipes out the alchoholic things in your brain that make you feel drunk. I really have no idea, but its something like that, I just can't remember the scientific terms.

Might be, because I heard that caffeine can do it too and they both are stimulants.

Alcohol is a depressant, so it seems to make sense that mixing it with a stimulant might change the effects. Don't think that means you can just smoke a cigarette and be fine, though--it's not the same as not getting drunk in the first place.

May make you feel lucid, but you are still in fact intoxicated

You're still drunk when you smoke, if you take a breath test, you'd probably get the same results when you didn't smoke. Despite this, both of them lead to feelings of pleasure and if you take both, you're getting more feelings of pleasure and consequently, this over-rides the feelings of drunkenness. When you take alcohol and nicotine together, numerous physiological changes occur and one of them is that there is a release in dopamine. Dopamine is released if you smoke or drink but when you do both, there is theorized to be an additive effect, although it's also theorized that there may be a "max out" for the amount of dopamine.

And you should read this:
"2. Advocation of opinions - You should not, advocate your opinion, as better than or more worthy than another's, in terms of the use of drugs. For example "Do drugs" will not be tolerated, nor will "don't do drugs". That is suggesting outright for someone to change their behavior, which will not be tolerated."
