does anyone have have any good ideas to get rid of a very very bad tooth ache besides a dentist, cuz i really dont have the money for one and have no insureanc. i will try anything this dang thing is killing me!!!!

Drugs lol just joking dont do drugs, I would usually get a asprin and rub it on that or just take a pain killer

There are gels which can be rubbed directly onto the tooth or the gums which are designed to help alleviate tooth pain. A common one is Orajel, you'll find it either with the painkillers or with the toothpaste at your local grocery store or pharmacy.
If the pain really persists, though, you may need to just see the dentist. Getting it looked at sooner is better than later. My mom worked in a dental office for years, I've heard all the horror stories. Mild tooth pain, especially if it goes away within a short time, isn't a big deal. Pain that really persists, especially if it's sensitive to hot or cold, or to pressure, can really be something to look at.

they prety much nailed it.
but going to the dentist is the best option. it may cost alot but the sooner you go the cheaper it will be.

Paracetamol and ibuprofen - Both can be taken together and both act against pain. The Ibuprofen also targets any inflammation to.
Remember to read the instructions etc....
