I'm working out alot. I do crunches, leg lifts, leg extension, I do pushups, lift dumbells. I just can't seem to get abs. Theres a tiny layer of fat over my abs and i want that gone. Any help? I take whey protein. I even signed up on a forum for abs

I have the same problem. It's annoying because it's really only noticeable to me but running/jumping rope/pacers anything that's will get your heart rate up will help. It's good that you've been building muscle but you need to do more cardio to actually burn the fat.

Exercise wise, you're doing well man, but it'll be that increased cardio that will help you get them more visible. Start increasing it a little and you'll see the difference. Also do your best to eat pretty clean.

Weight training is just half of the equation. You have to eat right also.

Sometimes while going through puberty you will have some extra fat stored on your body. The only way is to lose fat is increase you the calories that you burn off during a day.

You need to burn off 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat. What this means is to lose weight you have to be burning more calories than you will are taking in.

i don't know if your alowed to join a gym since your 15 but a good cario excercise is the crosstrainer for me as it's one of the best that effects your quadracep, hamstrings and abdominals

you can work out and take as much protine as you want but as long as u still have that layer of fat over ur abs, even if it's only a bit they will never be as defined as u want

to get rid of that fat you have to reduce ur calorie intake, eat healthy and do LOTS of cardio

there is no way to loose fat by targeting specific places with certain exercises, (ie. doing 1000 sit ups will not burn the fat around your abs....it will build ur abs but they still will not be as defined with the fat there)

running or intense swimming/biking is the best way to burn fat overall
