I'm the one being thrown in. Yes i did get thrown in.

But I like to have it straight. I did it once. Rather my friend did.

First you are going to want to use a hair conditioner that protects against heat and go from there :)

Okay :) my mom is getting me conditioner and shampoo for curly hair.

Is there a type of shampoo or conditioner that straightens hair.

Ask her to pick up some spray or gel that protects hair from damage from the heat.

And I don't believe there is any straightening shampoo/conditioner, but I could be wrong, ask your mom to take a look.

Do you have a flat iron?

I have a 19 year old sister. Most likely

Haha, then you most likely have a flat iron straightener in your household, but ask just to be sure. So, if you don't have one I can help you do it without one.

And when you straighten your hair, try not to turn the iron up too high, it will damage your hair.

Yeahh. I just like it straight sincei can play with it and flip it around. And its soft.

You can get it chemically straightened at the hairdresser, but using a flat iron is much less spendy. Using a blow dryer instead of letting your hair dry naturally helps to straighten it too.

Yeah, I completely understand. Just don't damage it too much. No one likes dry brittle hair!

Sunsilk has a shampoo that helps straighten hair I think. And g2b heat protection works well.

When you're actually straightening, make sure that you don't focus too much heat on the ends, it'll cause them to split. Also, don't use too high of a level of heat for your hair. It takes a while to figure out how high of a setting you'll need, but it will definitely help keep from heat damage. Also, with short hair, you want avoid straightening every day. Split ends galore. lol.
Hope this helps! :D

Actually, I'd recommend getting shampoo/conditioner for straight hair. The stuff for curly hair is just going to enhance your curls.

There is heat damage spray you can buy for anywhere between $3-$7. I use the kind from tresemme, it works nicely.

Here's a website that gives a lot of good tips:

I use the tresemme spray, it works well and it makes your hair all shiny. :D

My hair is just like yours! I know some conditioners and shampoos that claim to straight the hair, but I'm not aware of their accuracy. I think the best way is the flat iron...
Well, good luck! :)

i have naturally curly hair too, i straighten my hair every day. i suggest you straighten your hair the day you get it cut so when you straighten your hair it looks normal. or if you want your hair to look better, cut your hair yourself, i do.
