I have a 5.1inch penis and im 12, is that small large or is it ok? I also have a large blue vein going down to my foreskin and a little lump at the middle? is that normal or do i need to see a doctor?

ok you have to be 13 to come on this site and i dont believe you have a 5.1incher at your age

Dude.. you're completely normal. You're lucky to be 5.1 at twelve.
