Text above post count face?

I'm wondering how to change the text above the post face.

Like, mine says "Member", and I've wanted to change it.

once you get 2500 posts you can have a custom title
such as mineye

Yep, as Calum said, you can change it when you reach 2500 posts. And, I think you can't have "Dr." in it. I'm not sure though.

When you do get the option to change it, you can't put things that break the rules.
