Following ejaculation, what's the best way to clean up/hide everything/stop ejaculating because when I do it little drops keep coming out for maybe 15 minutes after, and this can be a pain.

Either the sock idea or just use a tissue to wipe up. You should pee afterwards to clear the urethra of excess semen as well as to develope a good habit for when you do have sex (you are supposed to pee after you have sex).
