Relaxing/therapeutic music

Does anybody have a kind of music they listen to which really helps them unwind? Everybody relaxes in different ways, for some reason I find water very therapeutic, I enjoy taking long showers with some music on. I've had hypnotherapy before, and they played some real chilled out music during it. This can vary from stuff like bongo drums in the safari, sounds of the amazon rainforest, nature, to the sounds of the ocean or a quiet river.

Not the first of sigur ros Ive ever posted. But seriously, this music is the best as far as calming yourself, salvaging your sanity, and such goes. Jonsi, the vocalist, has one beautiful set of pipes. Not too mention all the other talent involved in the band, and, when transalated, the amazing lyrics.

Music that relaxes me, well isn't really calming, but it just makes feel better. Stuff like Radiohead, Matchbox Twenty, Ozzy, Red Hot Chili Peppers.

In regards to 'normal' music to relax, I quite like listening to Coldplay, Staind also. Tonnes of others like Tracy Chapman, Stone Sour, The Lighthouse Family, Lifehouse, some Johnny Cash and John Lennon are good too.
