ive noticed ive put on weight on my gut and im getting some moobs. what are some great at home workouts? i eat healthy and dont drink soda

just run laps or something.
and moobd are a normal part of puberty so dont wory about them.

Push-ups are a complete body workout. They'll become your best friend if you do them in correct form and do them routinely.
