Day in and day out, my love
I strain against the miles
every inch between us
still tear apart my smiles

but don't walk away from me
that'll only make the distance grow
Maybe time will heal your heart
But you can't just let it all go

I don't want you to beg
for me to just forget it all
because, darling i've tried
but it always makes me fall

I wish there was an easier way
for you to just walk away
without leaving behind a broken mess
A girl with just too much to say

I can't let go, even when it all
starts to fade into these scars
I'm never walking away from the distance
No matter how near or how far

Maybe time will heal whats left
but only if you don't let go
of the love i've given you,
the only love I know.

I can't say yes, and I can't say no
because fear and hope are intertwined
If I could just erase it all,
reminise and find a way to rewind

I'd take your face in my hands
and stare deep into your eyes
then i'd turn and fade away
I hurt you, and I realize

that if it wasn't for me,
you'd be happy with your life
you wouldn't be so depressed
and turn to the bloody knife

i'd do that just for you
to make sure that you're okay
I'd walk away from it all
and let your life find it's own way

I'd sit back with a smile on my face
and watch you be so happy, Boo
But sadly I know a simple fact..
i'll never walk away from you..
