Not entirely true. The definition of rape is literally having sex with someone without their consent. I think you mean 'underage sex' (or something :P).

In England anyone under the age of 16 is deemed incapable of consenting to sex, so if they have it, they have been raped, and the person who raped them can be prosecuted and sent to prison/young offenders.

It is statutory rape, but is still RAPE.

Thats not correct. There is no difference in the age of consent for gay or straight sex in the UK, its 16 for everyone.

In the US, the age of consent varies from state- to-state. Anywhere from 14-18. CA's is 16. But it looked like the parents could still prosecute, even if the minor gave consent.
But, no, I haven't had some sex.
Oral, yes.
Vaginal or anal, no.
