my disk drive everytime i put in my adobe cs4 disk and any othere software disk starts making a very bad crunching noise and doesnt download but when i take it out it isnt damaged or scratched. Its quite an old laptop but it downloads and burns cds and plays dvds so whats wrong with it!
Plz Help!

lets hope "i put in my adobe cs4 disk and any othere software disk" is badly written and you arent actually putting two disks in one drive at the same time.................that would explain the crunchy sound lol

Did you wait a few minutes before you took it out? Maybe it just takes a while to load.
