There is this girl and we are good friends and everyone says we flirt a lot but dont know how to ask her out, I am also very afraid of what my parents would think (Im 13) do you think that's to young?

When you say you are good friends, do you see her a lot outside of school? For example, do you go to the movies with her?

We arent the ones who are going to be having this relationship and neither are your parents. You need to decide for yourself if you think you are ready for this.
I dont know how close you are to your parents, do you talk to them about this kind of thing?

Because trust me the closer you are to your parents (somtimes) the better. Also listen to your heart and follow it's advice. (just not any perverted thoughts)
