No, a dry orgasm is what a guy experiences if he wanks for long enough when he's to young to be able to cum. He can still get an orgasm but with no mess.

Personally I never experienced that, the first time I wanked I came. So I cant answer the OP, however there's not a lot of point in the question, assuming you have actually experienced what we presumably call a wet orgasm then there's no going back!
