Depends how she says it. Many people deem it okay to talk about thing people did under the influence.

People do weird things, it's called experimenting, and sometimes people let loose.
besides maybe she was trying to confide in you, because she felt guilty? Sometimes people need to let out. I know I do.

Don't judge people like that.
I'm sure if you confided in someone something "bad" you did, you wouldn't want to be judged.
