I am not implying that it is inappropriate to masterbate with other people in general, for some say that we all do with a friend at least once in our lifetime, but the fact that he is doing it without your concent is what makes it not right. What he is doing is considered harassment, and if he takes it further, could be considered rape. If he does not comply with your request to stop, you should seriously tell your mom/dad and tell them the situation. That is the only real way to stop such inappropriate acts form accuring.

Violence is NEVER an answer. Force should only be used in self defense. It is never justifiable to strike anyone unless they attack you.
