Iv'e got a problem

i've got a prolem, and not just an ordanairy one. You see, i've got this brown lump sort of thing on the shaft of my penis and I have no idea what it is. It can't be an STD as i haven't had sex only given and recived a b/j but I have cheked all the possible STDs for blowjobs and none of them fit the description, I need help. Should I see a doctor, is dangerous etc, etc.

my first thought would be herpes, but it wouldn't be that if you only have one lump. it could be a lymphocele, which is blockage of the lymph channels in your penis (think of fever blisters around the mouth, only not in blister "form").
im honestly not sure what it is. if it doesnt hurt, then chances are you'll be fine and it'll go away, but i suggest you see a doctor about it.
