Orgasms (aside from feeling really good) are what cause the muscles to relax and contract to cause ejaculation. Even wet dreams are ejaculations caused by an orgasm (though sadly the guys ``misses`` it since he`s asleep).

I`ve not heard of someone ejaculating without orgasm, in any case.

Assuming he's awake a guy just about has to orgasm. Most guys (including myself) will pre-cum which is not ejaculating which is something that might be seen and mistaking as cum

NO. You DO NOT need to have an orgasm in order to ejaculate.

YES. You CAN ejaculate when you're flaccid.

Usually, orgasm comes along with ejaculation. It would be rare for it to happen without orgasm, but it does happen, I have once, and it felt like a massive waste of time :D.

OK, I just have to correct some of these mis-statements about wet dreams. I wonder if you guys have experienced one, of course its not the same for everyone. I used to get them quite often and in my experience:- the ejaculation was always combined with an orgasm, usually a very strong orgasm too
I never missed the orgasm, I would always wake up just when it was about to happen
they're not called wet for nothing, there was plenty to clean up afterwards


Back on the original topic I think the correct answer is that its unusual to ejaculate without an orgasm but it can happen sometimes.
