I was wondering how much body fat I could lose in 2 weeks if I eat completely healthy, drink only water, make sure I drink 8 glasses of water a day, and get my sugar from desserts, and go jogging every day?

I don't really think you can say exactly how much body fat you can loose as everybody is different in loosing wieght. Some lose a lot quick and others it may take a while to loose some. Just keep up to healty eating and excersize but make sure you do eat, and the wieght will soon go.

i used to weigh 150 but its been maybe a month now and im down to 143, if you drastically change the way you were eating and exercise regularly you will lose some weight but its not that easy to do. and holdOn is right, it all depends on your body weight and height can affect it to, also family genes. if u have any questions just message me, ive become a pro in healthy eating and dieting from all the questions i asked when i started lol

Losing a lot of bodyfat in two weeks is unrealistic, but that's not what you're asking I know. It will vary from person to person, on their diet (and how strict it is, how their body responds), your training regime/s and rest.

Two weeks is very unrealistic, Rome wasn't built in a day. Is there a reason why you want to achieve this in two weeks? Only if you aim for something more long-term then you can not limit your goal/s. PM me if you need any help with anything concerning training methods and diet, amongst anything else you'd want to know within this lifestyle if you want to :)

i think 1 to 2 lbs a week is max if you want to do it in a healthy manner
