I was just checking my balls for any unsual things etc
and at the end of one of my testicals there is this very small lump, its not really on my testical but attached.
It hurts a tiny bit if i push it hard, im really worried.
I know i should see my doctor but im not sure who i should tell first.

It might just be a pimpel in ur pubic region. It hasnt happened to me, but idk if its common or not. If i were u, i wuld go to my doctor.

I think it's called your Vas Deferas. :?. To me, it sounds like the tubes that lead from your testicles. But I suppose you could go to the doctors if you feel differently. Yeah, don't squeeze it, because you could damage it.

Ive checked and theres one on my other testicle... but the one on the left is just a tiny bit bigger.
Do you think its swollen or just permanently larger?

Yea, go to your doctor. If it was acancer and you didn't go, you will regret it. But you won't regret going to your doctor and finding nothing wrong ;)

Well if there's lumps on both and the left is bigger, 'd say that's normal, because yor left testicle is bigger than your right, so maybe it goes the same with the lumps.

yea, i guess it would cus i had my balls checked when they were hurting randomly and my doctor fealt all over them but quickly so i guess ud really notice it if u had testicular cancer. its the leading cancer in guys from like 15-25 or something but it still doesnt happen that much, thankfully :)

i know this is very late to reply to this.
BUT incase anyone was wondering or has the same problem..
id go and see the doctor just incase
but mine was a cyst and i got some medication if it gets
uncomfortable :)
