Can somebody please tell me what happens during of after anal sex? I was reading an article and it said "if you are not embarrassed at the results gay sex leaves then you should be comfortable during your first time".

I dont really understand what the person that made that quote is getting at, and if I did it would probably be hard to answer without getting explicit to some extent. Its probably taking about cleanliness which will depend upon a number of factors but shouldnt normally be much of a problem anyway.
