I told my mom about my SH. But I feel worse. I don't know why though. I thought I might feel better...

idk cos i havnt told my parents, so sorry if this sounds stupid, but maybe when she gets her head around it herself she can help u feel better. like artex said. give her time. anyway even if u dnt feeel better its a gd thing u did.

When I told I felt exactly the same and wished I hadn't told them.

But now that your mom knows she can get you the help you need to quit, its for the best that you told them. Well done, I know its not easy

It's great that you told your mum that's one more step forward. When my school told my mum I felt like the wrong thing had bin done I felt worse about it too and I always wondered what she was thinking... Overtime it gets better hopefully you will get help now :) stay strong.
