As the others have said, you had a condition commonly referred to as "blue balls" where you were brought to the brink of orgasm but did not actually ejaculate. Semen definitely wants to work its way out when it makes its way up your penis, and when the semen gradually works its way back into your system it does feel really uncomfortable.

While I am definitely not advocating sexual activity among underage folks here you might want to consider masturbating to get the semen out especially if you are going that far with your girlfriend.

Not meaning to digress, but just make sure you and your girlfriend are totally ready for anything beyond what you are doing especially if you want to get closer physically. Remember that the both of you need to have access to birth control be it pills for her and/or condoms for you. Also, be ready for all the emotions which come with sex as girls view sex differently than guys in a lot of cases.
