I have had a weight problem since I was a kid, and I've been trying to lose weight for a while. I was a good weight 2 years ago when I was living in Michigan, but since I've been living in Florida I have gained 55 pounds going from 210 lbs to 265 lbs, and I am miserable and I don't know what to do I exercise, eating right (sure I eat fast food sometimes, but still) I have no clue on how to do this right.

hi im jesse and i know what your going through a few months ago i was close to your weight and there are a few things you should know. overweight people have slower metabolisms which means that your food digests slower and this means your fat intake is higher. also look at the food content on the packaging and it should have fat content and carbohydrate content the fat content has under it saturated fats and saturated fats cant be burned off they turn straight to body fat.carbohydrates are in things like bread and pasta or rice you should avoid these things.the food you eat and the exercise you do go with each other. you only burn off as much as you exercise and you need to burn off more than you eat. you need to avoid anything deep fried aswell because they are the highest source in saturated fats.the other side of loosing weight is fitness.go to this site "australian army"
go into the one that says defence jobs and scroll down there is a picture that says lifestyle of fitness army style. go there and become a member follow their program and you will lose heaps of weight in no time. if this doesnt work pm me cause my bro is a personal trainer and ill get him to write you a program. sorry for the long post:)

First, start off with eating right. That will make a difference over time.
Second, start doing some exercises, increasing the amount/frequency over time. Coupled with eating properly, this will make a big difference. But don't expect it immediately, because it will take time to see significant changes.
