It's supposed to be tight... but not so tight as to cut off circulation. If it's not uncomfortable, it's okay.
As for the movement of the condom itself... I can't be sure, but it sounds like you haven't put it on correctly. Are you making sure that your forskin is down as far as it's able to before you put the condom on?

thanks for the replies!
the problem was that whenever the was any movement at all it started to slide but if i left it, it was uncomfortably tight. My foreskin is pritty tight as it is. I can only get it all the way down easily when flacid but if im hard i cant get it all the way (just most of the way)
and im only 6inch btw, i dont know my girth but ive been told its thick

If that's the case, they do sell larger condoms. "Magnum", I belive is the brand.
Alternatively, if you're using them for sexual intercourse, you could try the female condom, which acts like a net inside the vagina to catch semen. It is as effective as condoms at both birth control, and reducing STIs; it does, however, cost about four times more.

sorry i know im kinda bumpin a thread but I never got a chance to reply before now.
Female condoms wont work as im gay lol and i dont see why i need a bigger condom as although im thick im quite short at 6inch and it started to slide off on any upward motion on my dick. It was only tight on the head and round where my foreskin hangs. Is there anyway i could use a condom without pulling the foreskin back?

I dont believe you need a bigger size, probably just more practice at getting it on (which can be awkward). Foreskin should not be an issue, and yes you do need to have it pulled back with a condom. pm me if you want to talk in more detail.

condoms are suppose to be tight, so that it doesn't slip off..=T however, if it cutting your blood circulation, you need a bigger sized condom

If you don't pull the forskin back before you put the condom on, the forskin will get pulled back during the act of sex and it will break the condom as a result. Bigger condoms aren't just longer, but also thicker, and there's supposed to be a bit left over at the bottom.
Anyway, female condoms are still an option for anal sex. Just slip the plastic ring in past the sphicter. The colon doesn't have a cervix to latch onto the way the femidom is designed to, but it still works, as you can't really 'lose' the thing without noticing quick. It has the added benifit of making sure lube doesn't get lost up the intestinal track. All the lube stays put in the 'condom'.
From the sounds of your description though, I think I know the problem. You're not leaving any space at the end of the condom. It's not tight around, it's tight at the tip because the act of thrusting pulls the condom further down your penis. Leave about a quarter inch (8-12mm) of space at the end of the condom when you put it on. That leaves room to make sure the ejaculate won't break the condom, and it won't be as tight.
