Policeman impersonated twin brother to have sex with his girlfriend

Jared Rohrig, 25, pretended to be his brother Joe to trick the woman into bed.

US court papers reveal that it was only when she was in bed with Jared that she realised she was having sex with the wrong brother.

She told police the man she was in bed with didn't have a cowboy tattoo on his backside as his brother did.

I don't see how you all don't have more sympathy for this woman. If she were drunk at a bar and some random shmuck that happend to look like her husband picked her up and pretended to be him, would it be rape then?

By law, sexual assault doesn't mean 'with force' but 'without consent', he didn't have it, ergo, it's assault.

Simple, she didn't consent to sex with him. She consented to sex with his brother... who he wasn't.

My honest thoughts is that they're definitely alike if they're the same in bed. That was my thought that the should be able to tell them apart. Even though what he did is pretty screwed up, I don't liken him to a rapist.
