Extremely Jumpy

I'm a very jumpy person. The simplest things freak me out. If I turn the corner and someone else is there then I end up getting scared. Last night my mom was moving a bag and it scared the sh*t out of me. Anyways I can stop being so jumpy?

I used to be like that.
Even if someone picked up a hairbrush I'd jump.
No specific reason for this.

Theres nothing you can do, I grew out of it.

Just be calmer I suppose, sounds silly. Relax a bit. Chill man, try listening to some smooth music and see if you feel less jumpy afterwards.

But I guess it may just wear off after a while.
