So, I noticed my whites of my eyes are yellow. First I suspected cirrhosis, but I checked what the other symptoms of cirrhosis are and I didnīt have them. So, what other symptoms should I look for? What could cause my yellow whites of the eyes?

See your doctor, especially if your skin has taken on a yellow-ish tint as well. Yellow eyes can be a sign of something going on with your liver (including cirrhosis, as well as other things such as jaundice). Other causes could include gallstones or other blockages of the gallbladder, or even something as common as mono.
I'd get it checked out, since most of the diseases which could cause your eyes to turn yellow are things your doctor will have to diagnose.

I'd definitely see your doctor. Yellow eyes can indicate liver problems, which is something you really don't want.
