How do i know i have ADD/ADHD?

How do i know i might have ADD/ADHD?

I use to go crazy during early childhood, and even in high school, i use to/still get ocasionaly kicked out of the room cause i talk alot/am random.

is there ways I can tell that i might have ADD/ADHD?

well i sorta did glance at the sticky once...didn't think much of it. But lately i've gotten this feeling that i think i might have it.....or atleast I use to. Not sure...cause i know i was more out of control once...just now its more like i get random and crazy....

also my gf has ADHD and she acts very similarly to me...infact, even more calm than i am usually

i now persanaly because i have it my self but you wold know if had ADD orADHD because you be destracted in class and you wold be hiper all the time search it up on google if you dont understand

ADHD needs to be diagnoised by a medical professional, none of us here are medical professions.
