I know all of these guys said puberty, but I have similar experiences once about every 3 months. For me, extreme horniness (larger flaccid length, yet not larger erect. Super hard erections, etc) usually signified to me that my penis was growing in length (usually about 1 cm over the course of 2-3 weeks, once it was about 1.5 inches over 1 month though!) If you are like me, it may be a similar sign.
