Blackouts suck

So, I was on a ship cruise which lasted from friday evening to saturday evening(came home yesterday).

So, like many people do, I started drinking on the ship´s bar in the evening. Clock was around 12:10 AM and I was pretty drunk already. I started stealing drinks from other people when I noticed that they left their glasses filled in their tables when they went to the bathroom or somewhere. I got caught about 30 minutes after because some lady was guarding her friends drink or something like that. So, I quickly drank the drink and the lady hit her hand on the table and started shouting at me. I quickly went to the bathroom and came back. Then I went to the hallway near the bar and there some man told me not to steal drinks anymore(he might have been the ladys husband). That man might have been a television celebrity who I met earlier in the ship.

So, my blackout was forgetting who the man was. I cant recall his face anymore. This thing doesnt really matter to me, but yeah, its a blackout. Thankfully not a serious one. Tell about your blackouts.

Ah the joys of alcohol, you do silly things, then have huge gaps in your memory where you don't know what you did.

Not much you can do about it other than try to remember the event or carry on as normal and something might give you a flash back.

Oh well it sounds like you had a good time though! :D

Sigh.... why do young people drink like that? Well I should know, I did it often enough. But meh. It's such a waste of money, I wish I had have realised that when I was younger.

I mean really, what benefit do you get from getting so fucked out of your face that you go and black out? It's not really that clever at all. Plus it can land you in trouble and can make you very ill.

Waste of money? I only bought a cheap bottle(only about 4 euros) of some 20% strong wine and I stole other drinks. I know its wrong to steal, but yeah...

unfortunately i blackout about 80% of the time i drink, weather i'm fully drunk or not (why do i still drink right? i know) for instance, two of my friends thanked me the day after we went out to a bar for "babysitting them" (taking care of a person when they cant themselves) and i said "what are you talking about?" and they told me i took them in a cab, and brought them both home. and i told them i cant remember even leaving the bar, and apparently they told me they had no clue i was drunk.

haha blackouts do suck, i drank 16 milwakees best (light), 5th of smearnoff green apple vodka, 2 40z and a couple shots of captain morgan. i then was so drank i passed out on my way to somewhere, ended up in an alley and woke up the next day at 5pm with a major hangover and no idea how i got there...thats my imfamous blackout story lmao...
