Im a guy and im not gay, i may play like it but im not. I am really close to my friend who is like meh bro. We talk about everything and its never an awkward moment unless something really embarassing happens to one of us. anyway we always talk to each otha and now im starting to have dreams about him with me and us two having sex and stuff and when i wake up and see him at school i get boners and its hard to talk to him. But then it goes away and comes bak and it does it repeatedly. He is str8 just like me and he plays around like me he says gay comments and then we laugh about it or weneva he sees me he puts on an act and gives me a big touchy feely hug lol. But its all play. And i like playing but i think its getting me sexually attracted to him. Idk wat to do and i really need some advice from anyone rite now. Thanks

look, its probably just hormones, and it doesnt make you gay. you dont want to confront him unless your absolutely sure. in the mean time, just sit back and see how everything works. dont make any sudden moves!

You're 14, which means your hormones are all out of whack. At your age, it's possible for almost anything to give you an erection. xP You say you're sure you're not gay, so that pretty much rules that out. It's possible that you're just going through a phase. A lot of straight guys have the occasional crush on another guy (just like a lot of straight girls have the occasional girl-crush), and for you this guy just happens to be a good friend of yours.

Chances are that this will go away, so don't let it get in the way of your friendship. Remember that nothing's changed between you two--he's still one of your best buds and you don't need to feel awkward or like you can't talk to him easily anymore. Should you happen to get an erection around him and he notices, you can always just blame it on one of those random ones that most guys experience at some point. It may be a little embarrassing, but it's probably happened to him to at some point (or it will), and he won't suspect that it has anything to do with him.
