Is it possible to get a pimple and stuff like that in the pubic reason. Because i found some down there, and i popped them. it was really gross but it went away. Will it come back and was it really a pimple?

Well it is most likely an ingrown hair not a pimple. This is caused by a blocked hair follicle.

It could have been a pimple. This could be from the oils clogging the pores down there. I would wash harder down there.
