It is a good drawing.

Since you asked about the nose, it does look a little off.

I can't criticize because your drawing is way better than I can draw.

The shading is very good. I like the eyes, lips and eyebrows as they're drawn nicely and are quite sharp and detailed and look great. The hair is done nicely as well. However, the nose looks wonky and needs defining and the face shape needs to be a lot more rounded as it looks pretty wobbly and lumpy which spoils the portrait on a whole. If you corrected these flaws then this portrait will look awesome. In fact, I think if you altered the face shape it would make everything else a whole lot better, and no need to change anything else.

I hate these types of drawings because I find them really difficult and frustrating to do! :P
I just stick to the manga-style. ;D

Kudos to you for attempting something most people utterly fail at, you haven't failed yet as you are very nearly there!
