Big brother is totally useless.. the pick the weirdest peopl and just shove them all in a house.. it takes up time on channel 4 and E4 that can be used for more important programmes Like the repeats of Friends and Scrubs :P I never understood why people get so hooked in, I watched and enjoyed the first series.. I tolerated the 2nd and after the 3rd it should have just ended.

I've seen the ads plenty of times and those alone suggested to me that it's probably awful, pointless, mindless and boring. But, being me, I wanted to get a small taste of it to see if I was right and I was. It seems to be, well, pointless. A bunch of people selected in some way that will likely ensure they'll dislike each other are tossed into a house and to nobody's surprise, they argue, yell, etc... .

Each time I've seen the ads at different times, it's pretty much the same: some people whining or shouting at each other and doing rather mindless things. I'm amazed that it's in its tenth season because nothing new happens: people argue, yell, whine, do pointless stuff, rinse, lather and repeat.

Assuming that it actually is decent to watch (which it isn't), how it is remotely entertaining to watch movies that have the exact same plot with different characters that's played far too often? Even if it was nice to watch, it'd get boring. In reality, it's boring and a waste of time, so add on this endless amount of repetition and you've got your recipe for a complete waste of airtime, incredibly cheap show and sheer boredom.
