can you request a certian post of yours to be deleted or not?

Yes. All you have to do is report the post you want deleted.

Just press the http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/images/styles/fblue/buttons/report.gif button at the bottom left of the post you want to be deleted, under their avatar and details.

Majority of the time people want a personal thread or post of theirs deleted. If they want it gone they can just say they want it deleted - simple as that.
