umm when i was about 5(i am 14 now) i was ran over by a car.My parents said that when they went to the hospital my balls were black. now they look normal but my penis is extremly small like 2.5 inches erect i am also startin to grow hair you know were so........any advice why my penis is not growing and plzz dont respond if all your goin to say is late bloomer.

If you're starting to grow hair, then you're probably going through puberty like normal. If you balls are no longer black then I think your genitals have fully recovered, but I suggest you see a doctor and ask him if you're going through puberty or if you ever will.

im just saying that kolte is right about how ur penis and balls arent connected in the way as if one goes out the other does. you can have erections and grow ur penis w/o ur testicles or w/ one. most of us including me think ur a late blumer but if ur not satisifyed i can only think bringing up the topic w/ a doctor would help more
