What's wrong?
I know this won't fix things, but it will perhaps lift you up slightly. Positive thinking is a powerful tool to happiness, it's not some miracle cure, but give this a thought. Make a small list of everything positive that's going on right now, and see how many positive and happy things are going on atm. This can be anything, like whether you had a nice chat with somebody today, went out and did something, enjoyed a good TV program, anything.

Then list all of the negative things. You may be surprised when you try to list them as there won't be as many as you think. Like I said this isn't a miracle solution, but it can make you think. I've done this once before, it made me realise things weren't quite as hard as I thought at the time :)
