i am 5'9
14
weigh 135 pounds
I feel so fat, my man boobs keep popping out and im tryin to get rid of them and my gut. I have tried going anerexic but that doesnt work, i keep eating. I dont want to be belemich, cuz that seems gross. Any help?

Coming from somebody who was anerexic, it just gets worse when you are unhealthy. Find a physical activity you enjoy and try to get good at it, thats the was to an active lifestyle. This is comeing from somebody with a degree in Fitness and Nutrition. So listen to what I have to say, and youl be on your healthy way.

you shouldnt tell somone to eat less, you need to eat healthy, this person says they are 5'9 and 135lbs. that isnt fat at all so maybe change your diet like i did, stay away from junk food and drink lots of water, exersise often and dont binge eat.

Thats a very good answer to a healthy lifestyle. Its important to varrie your foods. And eat according to the pyrimaid. At your age, too much exercise is unhealthy, but a good cardio and arobic workout will do you allot of good. To get rid of your upper body fat, you need to do pushups and pullups. If thats not your style, try going rock climbing, or tree climbing. Maybe just a simple chinup bar in a doorway would suffice. Just eat a high protien meal about 15 to 30 mins before you start your upper body work out and do only as much as you feel compertable doing. the Saying no pain no gain, is not very healthy.

yeah I wasnt trying to an ass or anything but if this kid has some kind of eating disorder it wouldnt be very good to eat less.

Thanks, but as you can see from all of my topics, that nothing is helping me alot cuz im so addicted to coke, and food. ANd for some reason when i eat one little snack my weight goes from 130 to 140, and my stomach just sticks out. Then in the my stomach is flat, and you can see some muscle, and when i try to stick it out nothing happens. But after breakfast, my stomach jusst turns into the incredbile hulk and stays there for a while, until i get hungry again. I need help! please.

Dude you got nothing to worry about i'm 5'8 235Lbs. and the only thing saving me from total fatness is because i'm not all fat thats 38% i know this because I want to do body building don't feel ashamed of yourself but don't get cocky even though i'm fat I could get a girl anybody is capable of a relationship but its keeping that relationship alive is what. I'll be honest I have never had a serious relation ship with a girl:whoops: but who needs the relationship if you have friends they enjoy your personality this is cliche but girls will come. you are 15-14 you don't need this stress so just fool around. with loosing weight i'll be honest i'm a lazy piece of garbage i try to lose weight but it's just on and off for me i need to get my head right and I don't know your situation but you need to check yourself too we need to stay committed to a solid diet and exercise plan (http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/) this link is a great Bodybuilder who has solid videos and knows what he's talking about if it wasn't for him i would still be 5'5 210 and not as optimistic hope you have success and i hope i do too summer is coming and i need to discipline myself.
