You have to tell him straight forward that you are not interested and he needs to stop.

Agreed. Don't go around it, just tell him.

What he's doing is sexual harassment, you need to make it very clear that you DO NOT like it or want it. By law, he has to stop if you request it.

Don't beat about the bush... the next time he does it just come out with it that you don't like what he's doing/how he's making you feel. If he still doesnt stop it, then i suggest getting either parents or school councillors involved.

Explain to him you are not interested and that if he does not stop that you will no longer want to be his friend.

Tell him that it makes you feel uncomfortable and that you want him to stop. If he doesn't stop you should tell an adult.

I wouldn't go so far as to press charges. Just let him know that because he's gay, that doesn't mean that the entire workd is gay too...just say it in a more polite, incognito manor then i did haah

Have you considered that he might just be joking? Just laugh it off... it may be a bit creepy but he's probably not serious.
(Make sure he knows you're straight)

You could tell him No to everything, and that you do not want any type of relationship with him other than friendship. If he does not stop, the best thing to do would to end your friendship with him. But there is no reason to tell parents or anyone, because you will lose him as a friend if you do, and talking hit out with im will have a better chance to keep your friendship. And he probably does not understand that what he is doing is sexual harassment, he views it as flirting.

Tell him straight out that you are straight and to stop asking you. But don't do it harshly, as it could hurt his feelings.

hes crushing on you which isnt totally bad and is kinda nice maybe in away... but what you need to do is sit down and tell him that while you want to be friends your not interested in doing that with him...
have you ever given him an indication that your gay or bi??
i think too that i says something that he told you he is gay (even if then he asked if you wanted to do that stuff) i think it takes some courage and guts to do that so remember that when you all talk.
