urges too strong :(

I really thought I was getting somewhere.
Almost 2 weeks without harming myself and meds seemed to be working.
I missed 2 doses this week but have restarted so am hoping I can ride this through.

Feeling really alone and angry with myself that the urges I was fighting against seem to be winning.

Am off to work now so am hoping that will help distract me for a bit but am feeling the inevitable is going to happen and I am going to do some serious damage. :(

2 weeks is great and why you sorry for posting? theres no need! the urges are going to get worse but you will get stronger too, it might not seem like it but each urge you ignore/beat, a little stronger against the next one you will become,
