I've been hooking up with a friend, but for about a week he seems to be more distant, and during that week my harming got worse its fair to say. I don't know how to mention it to him. We have been talking but it feels different. Its hard to explain. I feel like I've put him off me with my actions. Am I just being paranoid? How should I mention it to him?

Yeah he knows, but I'm paranoid that because I messed up and cut about 50 times in the one night that won't want much to do with me after it. His ex was also a harmer so I'm not sure how he feels about it really...

Just say it straight and that should be alright if you don't pad it too much but maybe don't mention the increase tell him you feel he's distant and judge it from there.

He's knows about the increase in my cutting, but he didn't seem too bothered, other than he freaked out the other night when I was in a bad state. But its okay. He knows that I'm seeking help and everything. I guess I could just say he seems distant with me and see what happens

What I do is listen to a sad song (I know seems like the wrong thing to do), but for me it works, just cause normally sad songs are calming, and pleasant.

Write, I'm terrible at poems, but sometimes I do just write random shit about my feelings, none of it's good, and I dont keep it, but I just get my feelings out.
